Where we print for
Cork is where we print. Ireland is who we print for.
The workshop has been in Ballincollig since 1993 and everything is printed there rather than sent out, which is why we can tell you on the phone whether a date is workable instead of promising and hoping. Families in the city and the county are welcome to collect.
Everyone else has them posted, free, with no minimum order. Most of what leaves here goes to Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Donegal, Mayo and every other county in the country, and the price is the same wherever it lands. A family in Letterkenny pays what a family in Ballincollig pays.
The one thing distance changes is how long the post takes, so if a funeral date is close, say so when you ring. We would rather tell you it is tight than let you find out.

Pay for it
Choose how many you need and check out. That is the whole order. Nothing else is asked of you at this point.

Send us the details
We email you a private link. Fill in the name, the dates, the verse and the photographs there, in your own time, on any device. Ring us instead if you would rather talk it through.

Approve the proof
We email you a proof within 3 working days. Change anything you like, as often as you like, at no cost. Once you say yes we print and post it.

Before you ring
What families ask us
Do you deliver memorial cards anywhere in Ireland?
Yes, to every county, and delivery is free with no minimum order. Cards go out by An Post once you have approved your proof, and most addresses in the Republic have them the next working day after dispatch.
How long do memorial cards take?
A proof reaches you by email within 3 working days. Once you approve it, the cards are printed, boxed and on their way in 3 to 4 working days. If a funeral or a month's mind makes that tight, ring 021 235 7080 and tell us the date — a person answers, and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
What is included in the price?
The design work, the envelopes and delivery within Ireland. Changes to your proof cost nothing, however many you need. There is no setup fee and nothing is added at the checkout.
Do I need the wording before I order?
No, and this is the part that is different here. You choose a design and a quantity and pay for it, and only then do we ask for the name, the dates, the verse and the photographs, through a private link we email you. Most families send it a day or two later, once the funeral is behind them.
What if we do not know what verse to use?
Most families do not. There are eighty verses on the site to read through, religious and otherwise, sorted by the kind of thing people ask for. If none of them fit, send us words of your own — something a grandchild wrote, a line from a song — and we will set them at no extra cost.
Can you match an acknowledgement card to the memorial card?
Yes. Families usually order acknowledgement cards a few weeks afterwards, and we can carry the same photograph and design across so the two match, or start again with something different if you would rather.
Do you print anything besides memorial cards?
Bookmarks, wallet cards, acknowledgement cards, lifetime cards, memorial calendars and order of service booklets. Any design in the range can be adapted to any of them, so a family can have the card, the bookmark and the wallet card all carrying the same photograph.
